If you have mobile keys to access the apartment
1. Open the mobile app with the apartment keys and check that the bluetooth and the location are activated. Also make sure you have the screen brightness set to maximum. Select your booking and bring your mobile device close to the sensor on the card holder next to the door. Wait a few seconds until the light activates.
2. Check that the light is on. If not, check the fuses. Contact our team in the event of any error.
If you have an electronic card to access the apartment
1. Insert the electronic card in the card slot next to the door, in the same way as the main door of the apartment is opened.
2. Check that there is light. If not, check the fuses. Contact our team in the event of any error.
