If there's a problem in the apartment, you must report it through your customer area. Now, we'll show you how to do it, it's really simple!
1. Access your customer area with the username and password that you will find in your confirmation email or reservation reminder. If you have changed your password, you must enter the new one that you created. If you can't find your log-in details, let us know so we can resend them to you.
2. Once inside, select “Report an issue” from the menu and click on the “Report an issue” button. You can also report a problem from the "Bookings" section in the menu. Once inside, click on the "Report an issue" button that you will see next to your booking.
3. Follow all the steps indicated and describe your problem in as much detail as possible. Also add photos or videos that might help explain the problem.
4. Submit the request. We will receive your request and try to solve the problem as soon as possible, according to priority.
