HOW THE ELECTRIC WATER HEATER WORKS
Please note that water heaters are hot water storage tanks. If the hot water runs out, please wait for the tank to refill before using it again. The refilling process can take between 1 to 3 hours depending on the size of the heater.
Steps to check if it is working properly:

Make sure the heater is plugged in

Report the issue in your customer area only in the following cases:
