All apartments are cleaned and checked before clients enter. However, if you detect any problem or there is an object/service missing, you must inform us within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of entry. For stays longer than 6 months, our technical staff must carry out a complete inventory of the initial state of the apartment. Once the inventory is done, we will give you a copy so that on the day of your departure you have the necessary information to return the deposit, in accordance with our commitment to transparency. For temporary rentals intended for holiday or leisure stays, such inventories will incur an additional cost.
