All apartments are cleaned and checked before clients enter. However, if you detect any problem or there is an object/service missing, you must inform us within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of entry. For stays longer than 6 months, our technical staff must carry out a complete inventory of the initial state of the apartment. Once the inventory is done, we will give you a copy so that on the day of your departure you have the necessary information to return the deposit, in accordance with our commitment to transparency.
