If you're interested in renting one of our mid-term apartments (for temporary stays), the first step is to make a pre-booking through our website. Below, we explain what this involves and what steps you need to take to confirm your rental.
1. What is a pre-booking?
A pre-booking is a step prior to the final confirmation of your rental. It temporarily blocks the apartment you're interested in while you complete the required documentation.
To formalize it, you’ll need to pay:
The first month’s rent
Agency fees (if applicable, they will be specified in the apartment listing)
This amount will be held while we review the documents that justify your temporary stay.
2. Required documentation
Once the pre-booking is made, you’ll have 5 calendar days to upload all required documents in your Customer Area.
You must upload an official document in your name that justifies the reason for your stay and clearly states the start and end dates. Check the necessary documents for your case here
3. Review and validation
Once you've uploaded your documents, our team will review them within 3 to 5 working days.
Then we’ll contact you to confirm:
If everything is correct and your booking is validated
Or if additional documents are required
4. What if I don’t submit the documents on time?
If we don’t receive all the documents within the 5-day deadline, your pre-booking will be automatically cancelled. In that case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
If you have any questions or need help with your documentation, don’t hesitate to contact our team.
