If you have left any personal belongings in the apartment, please contact our team by emailing info@apartmentbarcelona.com and we will do our best to locate the item as soon as possible.
Please note that AB Apartment Barcelona cannot be held responsible for any lost or forgotten items under any circumstances.
Storage of Lost Property
- If our staff find any items left behind by a guest, we will contact the owner as soon as possible to arrange their return.
- Items will be stored at our office for a maximum period of 2 months.
- If they are not claimed within this period, we will dispose of them.
Items Containing Personal Information
If we are unable to contact the owner, items containing personal information will be handed over to the police. These include credit cards and identification documents.
How to Recover Your Forgotten Item
To ensure proper handling and traceability of lost property, the return of any forgotten item must be arranged directly by you through a courier company (DHL, UPS, DPD, Parcelforce or similar).
Once you have arranged the collection, please inform us by email and provide the scheduled collection date. This will allow us to have the item ready and help speed up the collection process.
Please note that AB Apartment Barcelona is unable to package or provide protective wrapping for large, delicate or fragile items. In such cases, it is the guest’s responsibility to arrange the appropriate packaging materials and protection measures with the courier company.
Collections and deliveries by courier companies can be made every day of the year between 08:00 and 23:00.
