For tourist apartment bookings with a GI reference, you must check-in online before arrival. You need to check-in through your customer area: you will find your username, password and link to your customer area in any of our booking confirmation or reminder emails. You can also access your customer area by logging into our website, or through this link: https://app.apartmentbarcelona.com/extranet/login
Please note that in order to complete the online check-in, you will need to enter the details of all guests, pay the balance of the rent, the refundable deposit (if applicable) and sign the contract.

If for any reason you can't find or remember your login details, please contact email@example.com so that we can send them to you again. You can change your password by accessing your customer area, within your profile in "My account".
