If your Wi-Fi isn't working or you're having trouble connecting to the Internet, here are some tips to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible:
- Check that the router is properly connected to power and turned on.
- If the above does not work, restart the router.
- Check that you have entered the correct details to connect to the network. You will find this information in the details of your reservation, within your customer area.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have an IPHONE mobile, the network will not appear for data protection reasons. In order to view it, you must change the country setting of your Apple ID to Spain. Here you can see more information: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201389
Still not working?
If the problem persists, we will need you to send us photos of the Router and specify which lights are on so that we can contact the telephone company to try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
