Some apartments have a smart lock, so you will need to use digital keys to open the door. There are two types of digital keys: you will receive your keys in an App or we will send you a link with the keys. Read on to find out how each type of digital key works.
How to know if your apartment works with digital keys
In your confirmation email, reminder or within the details of your reservation in your customer area, you will find the information to obtain your keys. If your apartment has a smart lock, we will send you the digital keys to the email you indicate when you check-in.
How to open the apartment door with digital keys
You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed depending on the type of digital key (you must download an App where we will send you the keys, or we will send you a link with your keys). Here are the indications on how the digital keys work according to the type:
If you need to download an App to receive the digital keys
Once you have checked in, we will send you an email to download the app where you will have the keys to the apartment. Follow the instructions in the email and in the app. It is VERY important that you have activated the bluetooth and location activated on your smartphone so that the lock detects your keys (1). Select your booking (2) and bring your mobile device close to the smart lock (3). Wait a few seconds until the door unlocks.
Important: these digital keys are personal and non-transferable; if you want each guest to have their own key, you must indicate the personal emails of all guests when checking in online. We will send a key for each email.

If you receive your digital keys through a link
Once you have checked in online, we will send you a link with the digital keys. You can share this link with other guests so that everyone has access to the keys.
When you arrive at the address of your apartment, you must first ring the intercom of your apartment (eg. 5-2) and then, within the link that we have sent you, you must slide the "Street or Front Door" button to enter the building front door. When you reach the front of the apartment door, slide the "Apartment" button to enter. It is VERY important that you have Bluetooth enabled for the lock to detect your mobile device.
In case of loss of the mobile or any other problem to enter, contact us and we will provide you with an access code.
What to do if you have problems opening the door
Remember that you must have Bluetooth activated and the location on your smartphone, otherwise you will not be able to enter the apartment.
