If your reservation is refundable, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 7 days from the cancellation of the reservation. Once we have made the refund, you will receive the amount in your account according to the conditions of your bank.
What to do if you have not received your refund after the refund period has expired
In the event that you have not received your refund after the return period has passed, please contact email@example.com, indicating the reason for your request along with your booking number, so that we can review your case and make the refund as soon as possible.
