Each apartment has different terms regarding the security deposit. If an apartment requires a deposit, this will be indicated in the apartment details and on the reservation page.
For stays of 32 days/31 nights (or less) that require a deposit, in most cases we use the services of Swikly, a secure solution that allows you to make your deposit online using a bank card number. Please note that this is NOT a payment; the amount of the deposit is not charged or blocked in your client's bank account, but you authorise said charge in case of damage to the apartment during your stay.
For rentals of more than 32 days/31 nights, this amount must be paid to the owner or representative of the property before entering the apartment.
